Weight of Elements as Node Load - FSY

The self weight of a series of elements - active or inactive - is applied on a structural node  force and bending moment. A typical application is the application of self weight of a new segment of a balanced cantilever.

SettingDescription
From, To, Step Series of elements, whose weight is applied as concentrated load at a certain node
Assembly Alternative to load assignment via element series: Name of the assembly to be loaded. The specified load is applied to every element of the specified assembly.
Node Node, where the loading is applied.
Gamma Specific weight of the elements

Default:  When entering no value or zero, the program takes from the material table the respective value of the assigned material

Ex, Ey, Ez Load eccentricity relative to the loaded node in terms of global coordinates
Note: You must input the eccentricity, the program does not calculate the center of gravity of the applied element series weight.
